Randy played a pivotal role in shaping both the New Brunswick Accessibility Act and the Federal Accessible Canada Act, leaving behind a legacy of lasting change across the country. His extraordinary contributions earned him some of Canada’s highest honors, including appointment to the Order of Canada in 1999 and the Order of New Brunswick in 2022.
